Hi baby! I'm Sandra, but I have gained the name Sanj throughout the years.

I started my career as a little girl, daughter of a hairdresser, playing with barbie doll heads at the age of five while watching my mom take clients in a small, designated corner in the kitchen of our apartment. Fast forward years later, I attended Paul Mitchell the School where I graduated as a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2012. 

Never in a million years did I expect to have a career as a makeup artist. Prom up-dos lead to makeup applications and by 2014 I was hired at MAC as a freelance makeup artist. This began my professional makeup artistry career where I received training in makeup application and product knowledge.​

In 2017, I left my management position at MAC to have a stable work schedule due to having a 3-year-old princess, Mila Belle, chances are you'll meet her when you pass by, she's a sweetheart. Well in 2018, I decided that the 9-5 wasn't for me, I quit and started working for myself full time as a freelance makeup artist! Crazy, again never saw this coming. 

Then came COVID-19, I received the keys to my first storefront salon, zero staff, no idea how it would go, was mandated to close two weeks after, spent 3 months unable to work due to restrictions, let's fast forward again... It's 2021, through word of mouth, my studio is fully staffed, with amazingly talented women, my clientele has grown with the most loving and loyal clients, again I was not expecting any of this, but I thank God every day for it. ​​

By the end of 2021 I opened my 2,000 sqft gorgeous salon, home to 8 amazingly talented artists covering an incredible range of beauty services.

I am now 12 years into my career as a bridal, pageant, and event makeup and hairstylist & have built a great team to provide quality service and amazing customer care, to help our clients feel beautiful and confident on their most important days and all the days in between! 

So many of my brides to be have become clients for life going through all their amazing milestones with them. Bachelorette, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, gender reveals, baby showers, family photos. There’s truly no better feeling than being a part of all of those moments.
